For the Cake
Dry:

1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Fine Slt
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Wet:

1/2 cup Butter at room temperature
1/2 cup Milk
1 pc Egg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (Not the imitation)
For the Crumble
Dry:
==================
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour1/2 cup Fine Sugar
3 tbsp Butter (Use more to gain crumbly consistency)
For the Apple Toppings
Dry:
==================
4 pcs Medium Size Apple
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
4 dashes of Nutmeg
2 tbsp Coarse Sugar
Bake at 175C for 80 minutes until the cake is dry... this will vary depending on your Oven
